So welcome to the first day of my weight loss attempt (otherwise known as my diet ) I haven’t worked out a target weight yet but i’d like to lose at least 20 lbs.

When I was weighing myself it reminded me of the annual weigh-in to play rugby when i was at boarding school (my god their website is crap!) We had this kid who was short for his age and, as the teams were picked on weight, he would always be picked to play with and against kids younger than him. For the last few years he would go to the weigh-in with weights in his pockets and a dumbell held behind his back………….
Okay so now that so many people I know (well, that I know by through their blogs, that is) are going on diets, I’m going to, also. What the hell, right? Only I’m not publishing my stats. Heh.
