eighty

Well I’ve just ponied up the 80 bucks for expressionengine and now all I have to do is find some time to actually do the work of upgrading/transferring.  I’ll let you know when to expect disrupted service smile I don’t really mind spending the money – pMachine pro cost me 50 bucks and I have got over two and a half years use out of it (since here actually)

When I upgrade I’ll do a couple of things differently.  The major thing is that I won’t transfer the membership data over – I don’t require membership to post here and so any membership details have probably been forgotten now.  What I will be doing however is opening up membership at the new site and then removing the need for captchas for logged in members.  That way you’ll have the option on what you want to do…….

hey marc, is it only $80 for ExpressionEngine?? I thought it was $US150?

I’ve been trying to decide what to do now that pMachine is no longer being supported. I want to be able to manage more than one blog from the same place, and i think you can do that with ExpressionEngine, can’t you? I’d be interested to know how you find it.
