Week two of dieting and the figures are:

Weight………………..195 lbs

Loss/Gain week…..2 lbs

Loss/Gain Total……7 lbs

The loss has slowed but 2lbs in the week is OK and expected.  A couple of slip-ups during the week but nothing to serious.
