I discovered today how difficult it is to find Chinese currency!  None of the major banks carried Yuan 🙁 I finally tracked some down at Thomas Cook so I now have currency for both Hong Kong and Shanghai.

And one geekily cool thing happened today.  Due to a promotion at work I got a free 64MB USB watch!  It doesn’t look as bad as I thought and even found a review at the gadgeteer smile

    I’ve got one of the USB watches too. I’ve had it for about a year now. Unfortunately, I used it in a USB 1.0 device and managed to screw it up – now I can’t get it to work in any USB 2.0 devices…grrrrr. Never mind, it meant I just had to go out and buy a another USB storage gadget….!

    Try going to India mate…it’s a controlled currency, you can’t take it in or out……despite the fact we have pub down the road which takes rupees….
