I’ve just ordered a new toy – Dell Axim X50V (3.7” VGA screen!) with two spare batteries, a travel synch cable and 3 years complete care cover…….
I’m very excited but it looks like delivery may take a while 🙁 At least my Clie is trucking along quite nicely.
Say hello to the new Cramer
He/she should be available for viewing on or about the 12th of May next year.

Today I celebrate one year at Dell. How time flies and sometimes I still have no idea what’s going on!
I left a stunning day in Wellington to come to a very wet Auckland – boo!
I’m up here preparing for a meeting and surfing the web on my laptop via the bluetooth modem in my cellphone at the breakneck speed of 9.6kbs
Luckily I haven’t posted many pictures lately and this site is surpisingly quick
You thought you had it bad Gina
See ya!
After all the travel I’ve done over the last month it was quite nice that work cancelled the latest trip to Australia! If it hadn’t been cancelled I would now be in Sydney working on a New Zealand public holiday (again!)
I saying that here are the trips I have planned:
Tomorrow – day trip to Auckland
Next week – overnighter to Auckland
Late November – a week away touring around the North Island with Vic and Max on vacation, YAY!
Very early December – overnighter to Christchurch
Mid December – a weekend away in Auckland for company xmas do
Not exactly slowing down………
PS: I said to Vic a couple of days ago that I wanted The Red Sox to win the world series. I’ve watched most of the first two games and so far so good. Don’t ask me why I want them to win, I just do.
Ahh – a public holiday Monday
Max lasted about 45 minutes in his big bed before waking up and deciding that it really wasn’t for him
I went up after we heard him making a bit of noise only to find him in our bedroom looking around and going “Mum? Daddy?” bless him.
In other Max news he’s saying more and more as the days go by. He seems to be in the middle of the bunch, development-wise, at playgroup and his words include Mum, Daddy, no (of course), yes (but only after post-squeal prompting), ta, bob-bob (bob the builder
), shoes, two (but not one!), dig-dig (digger), no animal names but baa, woof and meow…….. I think that’s it. Naturally he sounds dead cute saying any of them ![]()
Max is upstairs sleeping in his big bed for the first time – awwww
He looks so little in it!
He was asleep in the car so we put him in there for his afternoon nap – it’ll be interesting to see how much freaks out when he wakes up………
Oh, and we’re off to the first of many second birthday parties this afternoon!
