week four

Week four of dieting and the figures are:

Date……………………10 June

Weight………………..194 lbs

Loss/Gain week…..1 lbs

Loss/Gain Total……8 lbs

Didn’t weigh myself last week and am very disappointed at losing just one pound in two weeks 🙁 I’ve had a couple bad weekends, foodwise though and still lost weight, if only a little.  Better that putting weight on I guess.

  1. lots and lots and lots and lots of water!!!!  A gallon a day if you can is always extremely helpful that and cutting out carbs.  Good luck
