Didn’t weigh myself last week and am very disappointed at losing just one pound in two weeks 🙁 I’ve had a couple bad weekends, foodwise though and still lost weight, if only a little. Better that putting weight on I guess.
At least you’re still semi-on the diet. I probably would have given up a while ago. Good for you, Marc.
lots and lots and lots and lots of water!!!! A gallon a day if you can is always extremely helpful that and cutting out carbs. Good luck
