we wish you a…….
Today is the 20th of December and as such it is exactly 1 month until Fidgets due date.
YIKES!!!
How do I feel about it? Happy, scared, worried, excited, nervous – all of those things and more……..
As you can see its been a quiet week in Cramerland
Have a nice weekend y’all.
.. or lack of it.
I can’t seem to find any time to work on my photoblog and yes I know it looks like crap, I’ve just started!
I really need to get my head around exactly how I want to look and act like. Oh well, maybe over xmas…..
I generally seem to have a lack of time at the moment. Here’s a normal day:
06:30 Alarm goes off
07:00 Eventually get my ass out of bed (usually after having a wee chat with Fidget and cuddle with Vic
07:30 Leave the house
09:00 Get to work 🙁
17:30 Leave work
19:00 Get home
20:00 Start dinner
21:00 Finish dinner
After all that I’m knackered and really can’t be arsed doing anything more than chilling out.
Or maybe I just feel that way ‘cos my throat’s getting really sore and I’m getting stuck playing Splinter Cell on my x-box! lol!
My life isn’t terrible exciting at the moment but luckily other people’s are! Here’s a few things that have amused/shocked/saddened me over the last few days:
I got a free xbox yesterday! We had a promotion at work for selling specific IBM tape drives and as part of one of my deals I qualified for one – yay!
I went down to the local supermarket to buy a game on the way home but all they had was PS2 and Gamecube titles – I was gutted! And they had loads of these as well – not quite sure why they didn’t have xbox games as they have them on their website…….
Not to worry though as the console came with a game, and a very strange one at that – Jet Set Radio Future. This game has you roller-blading around a futuristic Tokyo covering up other peoples graffiti with your own. It’s a bit of a hoot and at least interesting enough to keep me in front of the TV for 5 hours last night! Vic was out at a team xmas dinner and I was going to pick her up so I had to stay up late anyway (she caught a cab home in the end) but I played from 19:00 until about midnight and didn’t even stop for dinner! Between no dinner last night and no breakfast this morning I’m a bit peckish………
Have a nice weekend everyone ![]()
Back in NZ we used to get earthquakes all the time. Here in the UK they had a couple a while back and freaked out a bit
They were rated at about 3.8-4.0 on the Richter scale and shook things up a little bit.
Vic’s Mum said they had a tremor in Wellington yesterday or the day before and that it had made the news. A couple of years ago I had seen a website that recorded all the earthquakes in New Zealand so I go on the web and went hunting………..
I found this page that shows all the recent quakes in NZ – there are more than I realised!
These are (supposedly) actual lines used in English papers by GSCE students (16 years old) in the UK. Even if they are not real the are still very funny ![]()
LOL!
