Well it’s the end of my first week of dieting and the figures are:

Date……………………20 May

Weight………………..197 lbs

Loss/Gain week…..5 lbs

Loss/Gain Total……5 lbs

Pretty happy with five pounds, although most of it is probably fluid.  I made a mistake in my maths last week – I actually weighed 202 lbs!

    I am using the slimming world method.  It’s based around food combining and I like it because you can eat a whole load of food!
