Another milestone in Elliot’s life!  For the last two days he’s been pulling himself up on furniture/people/laundry baskets.  Given this, another round of “Elliot proofing” has had to be carried out (at about 12” above the previous round smile)

    I had to come back and read this because Amanda’s just started making backwards circles around the living room, picking up whatever crosses her path and promptly sticking it in her mouth.  Alissa and I have suddenly realized we’re sitting in the middle of a baby danger-zone!  Forward-crawling, standing, walking . . . these are things that are coming up on us quicker than I could imagine.  And we’ve got a lot of junk to put away high out of her reach!
